DSIT guarantees that an article is in good condition and with normal use is expected to continue to work. For server cabinets and accompanying passive accessories from DSIT there is a guarantee period of 25 years. For all active components and other products there is a warranty period of one year. In addition, it is possible that manufacturers or importers of the other products offer a manufacturer's warranty. Products that are damaged by 'improper use' are excluded from the warranty provision.
You can also contact us if you wish to claim such a warranty. As a seller, we remain your contact partner at all times. In order to assert your warranty claim as quickly as possible, we recommend that you contact us by telephone on +44 (0)20 35 14 26 36 or send an e-mail to email@example.com. Of course, it is also possible to assert your warranty claim in writing. In order to process your claim quickly and correctly, please provide the following information:
- Order number(s). You will find this 9-digit number in the order confirmation, the invoice and the e-mails you have received from us.
- Your name, address, place of residence and customer number or order number

As soon as your warranty claim has been received, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt. You will receive an answer by phone or e-mail within 7 calendar days after this acknowledgement.
