If the desired product is in stock and the order is placed on a working day before 4:00 pm, you will have the order on site the next working day!
DSIT B.V. sends all its articles via PostNL.
After the goods have been shipped you will receive a confirmation from PostNL with, if possible, a track and trace number. This way you can track your own parcel on PostNL Track & Trace.

DSIT B.V. guarantees that the goods to be delivered meet the usual requirements and standards that usually apply to these products and are free of any defects.
Is there a problem and do you still have a complaint after contacting our customer service? This way you can communicate complaints concerning both our products and our available services.
Of course, it is also possible to submit your complaint in writing. In order to process your complaint quickly and correctly, please provide the following information:

As soon as your complaint has been received, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt. You will receive an answer by phone or e-mail within 7 calendar days after receipt of this acknowledgement.

DSIT B.V. guarantees that an article is in good condition and with normal use is expected to continue to work. For server cabinets and accompanying passive accessories from DS-IT there is a guarantee period of 25 years. For all active components and other products there is a warranty period of one year. In addition, it is possible that manufacturers or importers of the other products offer a manufacturer's warranty. Products that are damaged by 'improper use' are excluded from the warranty provision.
You can also contact us if you wish to claim such a warranty. As a seller, we remain your contact partner at all times. Of course, it is also possible to assert your warranty claim in writing. In order to process your claim quickly and correctly, please provide the following information:
