Our head office is located in the Netherlands, nearby the German border. This spacious building consists of two office floors and a warehouse of over 5000 m2. This is one of the reasons why we guarantee a minimum stock of 1000 racks!

Send with whitelabel

It is possible to include a custom-made shipping note to your shipment. All you have to do, is to send us an e-mail with your company logo and we will make sure that your shipments are sent with transparent tape and a shipping note with your logo.

How to return goods

If you have placed an order via the web shop, you as a consumer have the right to cancel the contract without giving reasons, also known as the right of withdrawal.

As a consumer you have 14 days after receipt of the entire order to assert your right of withdrawal and to dissolve the contract, also called cooling off period. Thereafter you must return the delivered goods to us within 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal by filling in the corresponding online form via the link below. You are not obliged to give a reason for returning the goods.

Please inform us within 14 days after receipt of the goods about your return using the online form or select the option Apply for RMA in your account. You can easily indicate online what you want to return and how DSIT B.V. should handle your return.

These items may need to be returned in their original packaging for resale purposes. If a product is damaged, DSIT B.V. can partially refund the product. Please do not write anything on the packaging. The return goods must be sent to us postage paid.

We recommend that you send the package by registered letter and keep the delivery note so that you can claim the loss with your parcel service.

Excluded from return are:
•    Items manufactured on behalf of the buyer
•    Items not purchased through DSIT B.V.

DSIT B.V. reserves the right to only partially credit the invoice amount if the product has already been used or damaged.

Return, who pays what.
Under certain circumstances you pay the shipping costs for the processing and delivery of your orders (from our warehouse to your own address), these costs will be refunded when you return the goods.
The return costs (from you to us) are at your expense. Returns can take up to 2 weeks to process.

After receiving and checking the returned items, we will refund you as soon as possible. The purchase amount including shipping costs will be credited to your account within 14 days.


The Distance Selling Act does not apply to companies. Companies have no legal right of withdrawal. If companies wish to return purchased items, there are usually ways to accommodate you in this matter. Please contact us first by telephone on 00 31 - 74 - 852 64 48.

1: Use the online form to inform us of the desired return or select the option Apply for RMA in your account.

2: Fill in all details and indicate which items you want to return.

3: After approval you will receive a return form from us, which you can enclose with your return. Confirm the shipment and send the items to the address below:

4: After receipt of the goods, the articles are checked by us.

5: The credit advice will be sent to you by e-mail.
